1. $69 Kindle
Yes, you read it right. It’s just 69 Dollars, insanely cheap eReader. This is the Kindle you were getting for $79 before, now it’s cheaper. Not only that, but some improvements are also introduced in the $69 version. There are basically 3 additions, new fonts, crisper text and 15% faster page turns. So, a cheaper price for a better Kindle.
$69 Kindle is exactly what you need to read your favorite books on-the-go, in the bed, or anywhere else – at an insanely affordable price. At this price you wouldn’t mind buying an eReader for every person in your family, especially children.
This is new, with a whole new display designed for stress-free reading. What’s so special about the display? Well, blacks are blacker, and whites are whiter. Hence, better reading in bed and even in sunlight. But, there is something you need to take care of – the charger. Chances are high that you’ll forget where you left it after last use. Why? Because the battery provides 8 weeks long backup! WOOT. 8 weeks means, almost 2 months. And it provides the same backup even when the light is on. There’s no catch.
To utilize Paperwhite screen’s capabilities, there are new hand-tuned fonts. These fonts were impossible to be displayed perfectly on any other display, because they demand a very high-resolution. Paperwhite provides just that. Also, you get to choose from millions of books including over 180,000 exclusive ones. There are a few cool features too, like X-Ray, time to read, WiFi and free Amazon cloud storage.
If you don’t want to waste your precious time hunting for WiFi hotspots, this is what you need. Kindle Paperwhite 3G provides free 3G connectivity in over a hundred countries. Rest of the features and specifications are same. Amazon, in the press conference said, “People with 3G Kindle read 36% more.” So, if you don’t bother paying a little more for anywhere, anytime connectivity – Order now.
4. Kindle Fire
That was all for eReaders. The Kindle Fire family is here. You’re already familiar with Kindle Fire, it’s been in market for months. There are a few improvements in the configuration. First, a 20% faster processor with 2x the RAM. And what you get with that? 40% faster performance. Also, the battery backup is improved significantly. So, a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor, 7-inch LCD display, stereo speakers and amazing price tag.
Here it is. A fully featured tablet by Amazon. Although the name is self-explanatory, but for the sake of it – it has a High-Definition 7-inch display which supports up to 720p video playback. A gorgeous display, but that’s not enough. Therefore, for the first time in a tablet, there is Dolby Audio with dual-driver stereo speakers. Amazon also paid attention to the WiFi connectivity to avoid annoying buffering and loading of videos and other stuff. That’s common is a HD tablet, if your internet connection isn’t fast enough. First, it has dual band WiFi, 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. Second, two antennas to avoid fading. And last, MIMO technology. These 3 things collectively improves WiFi connectivity significantly. And the battery provides up to 11 hours of uninterrupted power supply with full charge.
If you just want a tablet loaded with features, and price isn’t a barrier then this is perfect for you. It’s bigger with 8.9-inch of full HD display, which is capable of playing HD videos of 1080p. Other features are almost the same as the above, except the processor. The 1.5GHz dual-core OMAP4470 processor provides even better performance. If you need 24×7 connectivity at blazing-fast speed, then it’ll disappoint you – But the tablet below will not.
It’s another version of 8.9-inch tablet we mentioned above – with 4G-LTE connectivity. Never lose speed, or hunt for WiFi hotspots again. The 4G model comes in with two storage options, 32GB and 64GB. Except that, everything is same as above device.
